| 該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)是冷軋金屬板開(kāi)卷縱剪收卷專(zhuān)用設(shè)備，正常配置上料小車(chē)、開(kāi)卷、送料、圓盤(pán)刀片縱剪機(jī)、阻尼預(yù)分料、收卷機(jī)組、卸料小車(chē)、控制系統(tǒng)等單元機(jī)器外，在送料的后面可選粗校機(jī)構(gòu)；還可根據(jù)客戶(hù)需 要配置一用一備兩臺(tái)縱剪機(jī)組。一臺(tái)在線(xiàn)工作時(shí)，另一臺(tái)進(jìn)行更換刀片隔圈、隔套，維護(hù)修整，極大提高 生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的工作效率、增加產(chǎn)量降低成本。 | |
